Lanark / Independent
Featured: Week starting 24th March / Homegrown

The soundscapes of Lanark stretches far greater than a reference to a street in Coolbinia, this album is no suburban back street. The self titled album brings sensations of a post apocalypse world at bliss, shadowed by peaks of honest despair.

Its’ consistency is admirable as it retains a sound uniquely their own throughout the record. Some bands tend to fall into the squall of over producing records with the inability to meet this expectation in a live environment. Lanark do not. As masters of their craft they have also mastered a true interpretation of how they sound live.
