I have a degree in Arts Management from WAAPA and have worked in the arts for almost 10 years. I pretty much live to laugh, travel and eat. I have a penchant for terrible TV and would take my cat everywhere if it was socially acceptable. I love music and I love Perth.
How did you become involved in the station?
I work here! I started as RTRFM’s Marketing & Events Coordinator in July 2014, after around 10 years of listening to the station and attending RTRFM events.
If stuck on Mars, what five albums could you not go without?
- Loveless // My Bloody Valentine
- 23 // Blonde Redhead
- Daydream Nation // Sonic Youth
- You Forgot It In People // Broken Social Scene
- Let England Shake // PJ Harvey
What is the best thing about being involved in the station?
The people! The music! Both equally great and impossible to choose between.
What is the strangest thing that has happened to you at RTRFM?
The whole of Radiothon 2014 was a pretty strange experience, really… 10 days of crazy behaviour and antics at all hours! It’s hard to narrow it down to a specific thing.
If you could present a show other than your own, which would it be and why?
Drastic on Plastic – because I love the ladies.
What do you do in real life?
Work, watch The Bachelor (American not Australian!), hang out with my cat, drink wine with my friends and eat all the things
