I’m a soprano saxophonist active in Perth’s free improv circuit. Enthusiastic about thick grooves, experimental music, and freemium phone games.

How did you become involved in the station?

I’m a long-time listener who got sucked in by a few mates.

If stuck on Mars, what five albums could you not go without?

Steve Reich – Drumming/Six Pianos

Fela Anikulapo-Kuti & Egypt 80 – O.D.O.O

Talking Heads – Remain in Light

Madiodio Gning – Sultanu Arifine

The Avalanches – Since I Left You

What is the best thing about being involved in the station?

95% the camaraderie, 5% forcing people to listen to stuff I like.

What is the strangest thing that has happened to you at RTRFM?

Learning about the deep Joe from Midland lore.

If you could present a show other than your own, which would it be and why?

If I were groovier and knew how a record player worked, Soulsides or The Rounds.

What do you do in real life?

 Talk to me about MyGov.
