Further down  Alphabet Street we roam with the dastardly duo of Dr Adam Trainer and Peter Barr, set to music from A to Z, they skip alphabetically.

A jaunt set to a nursery rhyme, you know the order but can’t at guess what comes next.

Progressive Rock is much maligned these days, seen by some as pompous and self indulgent.

But lets look at some innovators who've consistently pushed boundaries in music,  fusing rock. folk, jazz. classical, and non-western music, lets talk King Crimson.

K is for King Crimson, the behemoths of Progressive Rock.
