Bolt Gun’s Black Mass

Tuesday 26th April / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

There’s no rest of the wicked.

With the dust still settling at Somerville from the 23rd annual In the Pines, we’re ready for our next adventure.

On May 27, Amplifier will play host to Black Mass, a procession of doom and black metal from four of Perth’s most confronting artists – Bolt Gun, Dirac Sea, Drohtnung and Sanzu.

It’s also a chance to remember and celebrate one of RTRFM’s most recognisable voices – The Black Captain, AKA Pete Dunstan, who passed away late last year.

Bolt Gun don’t play live often — in fact, The Black Captain was responsible for putting together their last live performance.

To celebrate the launch of Black Mass, Bolt Gun’s Andrew and Nathaniel joined Breakfast with Caitlin to remember Pete and delve into the history of Bolt Gun.
