FITTER | HAPPIER: LiveLighter TODAY

LiveLighter TODAY (Tailored Online Diet and ActivitY) is a public health education program orchestrated by the Western Australian Department of Health  - encouraging the public to eat well, be physically active and maintain a healthy weight.

Cancer Council member Anne Finch, and Nutrition Policy Advisor in Population and Community Health (for the East Metropolitan Health Service) Dr. Christina Pollard came into the studio to tell us more about this program that aims for a more healthy living lifestyle.


Curtin University & The W.A Department of Health are hoping to find volunteers to take part in some studies... So if you are between the ages of 18 and 65, feel your carrying a bit of extra weight and have in your possession a Smart Phone, then please cont
