Giant Needs White Knight

Thursday 5th June / presented by Paul Van Lieshout Hunt

We may be deprived of one of the greatest free public spectacles at the next Perth International Arts Festival – unless a financial white knight comes to the rescue.

The giant puppets were to depict the story of a girl in the Breaksea Island Lighthouse off Albany who relayed messages to troopships before their departure for Gallipoli.

Paul spoke with Jonathon Holloway to work out how it would be possible to bring the giants to Perth…
