Whilst the lure of restaurants is always so attractive sometimes … the chill of Winter nights call for a night in.  The Food Alternative talked about eating in with local food maven, Yvonne Bleach from Red Hot Spatula.

Hailing from Singapore, Yvonne has worked as a food journalist and launched a series of bars and restaurants for a luxury hotel group. It was these years that gave Yvonne an insight into the kitchens of Singapore’s best.

Since calling Perth home, Yvonne has returned to the kitchen but this time her own. Red Hot Spatula was born out of Yvonne’s sheer love of food and serves a melting pot of Asian flavours, to the dining tables of Perth.
