Lucy Peach discusses ‘My Greatest Period Ever”

Friday 11th August / presented by Rhian Todhunter

Lucy Peach is a great number of things as well as a woman; She’s a singer, a song-writer, a mother, a performer and she’s an educator in the field of sexual health (just to name a few!)

Yep, she’s busy as a Bee – but when living in a world that is largely governed by men, and a females’ menstruation cycle is culturally seen as weakness, The many hats Lucy wears are what inspired her show My Greatest Period Ever, as a sonic exploration into what it means to pay attention to yourself all month long.

Lucy came into RTRfm to discuss more about her theatrical piece, as well as gifting us live in the studiowith not only one, but two beautiful songs of hers….Bomb and Girl of the World.
