Music Feedback Project

Mental Illness affects one in five Australians and around 7 million of us have experienced some kind of mental illness.

Yet there’s still a stigma attached to admitting a mental issue.

The Music Feedback Project aims to break down this stigma through music.

It uses the slogan “Music talks about mental health. So can you!’

The project was launched last year and uses popular music and musicians to encourage young people to talk about mental health issues.

Two people reaching out to young people through song are Zal and Alex from local band Kids with Wolves and they’re with me this morning…
