Perth festival kicked off last night in the festival gardens as we at RTR live broadcasted Spoon! And we’ll continue with more Perth Festival related goodness here on ArtBeat.

That being Perth International Arts Festival’s Australian premiere of celebrated Icelandic performance artist and musician Ragnar Kjartansson. His work spanning across two galleries. The Visitors, an immersive, nine-channel musical video installation, in the John Curtin Gallery & At Fremantle Arts Centre, The End.

Ahead of his live performance at the exhibition opening at Fremantle Arts Centre on tonight,I’m joined by Ragnar Kjartansson on the phone, and John Curtin Gallery Curator Chris Malcolm. Goodmorning…
