Record Store Day

Wednesday 13th April / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

Record Stores are the spiritual home of music lovers.

Discs made from polyvinyl chloride line the shelves, wrapped carefully in paper packs and adorned with works of art — and what’s inside is even better…

Record Store Day is a celebration of these sacred places and the people who work in them.

As well as a chance to invite the punters in as a reminder about why these places need to be kept alive.

In the leadup to RSD 2016, Andrew Sinclair from Highgate Continental and Scott from Diabolik joined Breakfast with Caitlin to talk about the business of selling records and what to expect this Saturday, April 16.
