Release the Hounds

Wednesday 31st August / posted by Chris Wheeldon

Perth’s annual Reclink Community Cup has come and gone again, with the Bandgropers and The Newshounds battling it out for football supremacy.

And once again the Bandgropers emerged triumphant – 52 points to the Newshounds’ 27 points.

RTRFM was represented by several station folk including Peter Barr, Caitlin Nienaber and Tanya Bunter representing the Newshounds.

All this was to raise money for Reclink Australia, a non profit organisation that aims to assist disadvantaged people through art and sport.

Reclink Australia Founder Peter Cullen was in the changerooms and on the sidelines and he joined Tanya Bunter on The Mag for a post-game report
