Solo Exhibition by Pippa McManus-How High The Moon

Perth-based fashion illustrator Pippa McManus is known for her portrait-inspired illustrations of high-fashion models, but now she’s launched her first solo exhibition in almost two years at Studio 281 Art Gallery

Following a mentorship with Perth street artist Stormie Mills in 2007, Pippa went on to collaborate with artists and designers from all around the world- but  her new exhibition,  ‘How High The Moon’ is giving her signature style an enchanting celestial feel. Pippa joined us in the studio to discuss what this exhibition means to her specifically within the lifestyle of an illustrator; and what particular style of fashion illustration she partakes in- including what type of audience is attracted to her type of work aesthetic…
