SOUTH PERTH BUNNIES

If you’ve been to South Perth Foreshore over the last few days you may have noticed some larger than life bunnies.

Well you weren’t seeing things; these illuminated figures are a part of Amanda Parer’s outdoor installation, ‘Intrude’.

While the bunnies may conjure up images of our childhood luring you with their cuteness, they actually reveal a sinister reality; our effect on the environment.

Rhian Todhunter speaks to the creator Amanda Parer…
