The Killing Season

Tuesday 9th June / presented by Chris Wheeldon

Epic battles throughout history have always intrigued us, and a recent one that captivated us is presented in a new TV series called the Killing Season.

The three part series chronicles the fight to the death between Labor Leaders Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard.

It includes interviews with both of them and former Prime ministers as well as other notable leaders at the time.

Writer/director of the series, Sarah Ferguson, says it includes compelling themes of a political drama like loyalty, ambition and betrayal.

Chris Wheeldon wanted to learn more so spoke to Sarah Ferguson and asked when she started working on the documentary.
