Wednesday 4th October / posted by Chris Wheeldon

Founded in Japan's Nara Prefecture in 1993, Yamato tour the world for 6 to 10 months each year, creating and presenting original Yamato stages and compositions. The greatest goal, for the players of Yamato is to send audiences home after each performance with a new vitality and passion for life - whether through performances in concerts, classrooms, school assemblies or workshops - the troupe continue to cherish and uphold Yamato, the spirit of Japan.
