Michael Francas

grew out of former bands Colourblind and the Giant Steps...which dissolved after many years recording and the quixotics formed as a casual concept in which the line up members can vary at various gigs based around Fremantle with the North Freo bowls as a headquarters...soon we compiled some recordings for a debut launch at mojos and then a follow up album launched at the bowls club in 2010...after my son's live debut on drums at 10yo he is now the official drummer at 16yo and we just recorded a new album 'All is Atremble' at home in the loungeroom together and we head east in Jan 2017 to launch it.

too many to mention......i grew up on blues and the Stones... but i would say the ball park is Neil Young and Wilco....but i listen to a lot of old rock n roll too......a sprinkle of pop like blondie does not go astray...and class acts like prefab sprout add something into the mix..
