This film is an inspirational story that explores the early days of 1960’s soul music in South Florida, the pioneers of that era and their lasting contributions to the broader American musical landscape.
Deep City Records was the brainchild of Producers Willie Clarke and Johnny Pearsall. Both from the mean streets of Miami, this duo, honed their business and musical skills learned in college at Florida A & M University. Running time: 60 minutes.
