A DAY DANCE PARTY UNDER THE FIG TREE OF PICABAR, SATURDAY DECEMBER 14

RTRFM is one big family. To end the decade, we are throwing the mother and father of gigs celebrating the RTRFM family and families all round.

We team up with Perfect Strangers to bring you Family Tree at Picabar, Saturday December 14 from 4pm as we ask family DJ duos to team up to get down.

Kicking things off will be legendary DJ Rok Riley and Riley’s Mum. Listeners of Friday Full Frequency know Riley’s love of her Mum and Dad and we are so glad her Mum can join us to play some tunes and party.

We’ll also be joined by brother and sister duo Mike Midnight from Underground Solution and Your Girl Pho doing a specia back to back DJ set, sister act Naiyyira and Kaleena of  Thotspyc DJs, brothers in arms She’s My Brother from House of Bok and brother and sister Girlname of Thursday Out to Lunch and Tony Coast.

Plus we push the notion of family slightly with musical brotherhood Perfect Strangers and sisterhood Sealed Section. And out the front of Picabar catch the new breed of DJ gangs with Chess Club and Comfort Zone.

Family is important so why not party with them. Birng your Mum, bring your Dad, bring you long lost step brother as we celebrate under the famous fig tree of everyones favourite local bar Picabar.  Celebrate with us and them as they get ready for another 10 years of safe, relaxed and beautiful local venue.
