RTRFM KICKS OFF RADIOTHON 2021 WITH BLOODY MARYS AND LIVE ‘EARLY BIRDS’ BROADCAST OF ‘BREAKFAST WITH TAYLAH’ AT THE BIRD
The Crab Claw crew will take to the decks in the early morning and help us dance into the daylight, while Brekky host Taylah Strano will be joined by a collection of friends and guests throughout the celebrations.
Entry is free, so join RTRFM for a drink, a dance, and, hopefully, a donation. The Bird will be slinging Bloody Marys and coffees all morning, plus early morning grub from their kitchen.
This year’s Radiothon theme, ‘Still Here With You’, is a reminder of the resilience of the RTRFM community, which includes 400+ volunteers and a small selection of staff who work together to keep local artists and voices on the airwaves, even during lockdowns, culminating at year-round events for all kinds.
As the station comes out of the latest COVID-19 lockdown, they are calling on all supporters to get behind the station by subscribing (going in the running for major prizes, and earning exclusive subscriber benefits) and donating during the 10-day pledge drive.
RTRFM is powered and funded by people (not government or corporations), and primarily during Radiothon. That’s why we’re different and that’s why we need your help to keep doing what we’re doing.
