Plating Up WA this June
Throughout June loads of venues all over the state are zeroing in on WA’s best seasonal ingredients with ‘hero dishes’ celebrating our state’s diverse produce, through Plating Up WA.
The campaign, now in it’s sixth year, was initiated by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s Buy West Eat Best program to support and celebrate the restaurant and foodservice community who champion the diverse and plentiful produce we are blessed with across Western Australia, as the weather changes and we get a little chilly here.
The venues are found all over WA … Kalbarri, Geraldton, Pemberton, Manjimup, Waroona, Swan Valley, Perth and Fremantle!
