Music has always been a big part of my life and RTR has been there most of the way. I have an ever-expanding collection, and an insatiable desire for discovering new music, across a wide range of genres.
I am a HUGE Prince fan, and have everything he ever released – and lots of stuff he never released. Listen out for the ‘PSPOT’ segment of my show – where I play the deepest of deep cuts from his incredible catalogue.
How did you become involved in the station?
I did the training course with my son Max in early 2018. I really had no intention of getting on air but was simply curious about the workings of the station – but I was hooked from my first SnoozeButton show!
What is the best thing about being involved in the station?
Feeling part of great community organization. Curating, presenting and trying to perfect the ultimate playlist.
What is the strangest thing that has happened to you at RTRFM?
Nothing really, but it’s pretty lonely in the studio at 4am
If you could present a show other than your own, which would it be and why?
Definitely Sunday Morning Coming Down. I am a big fan of the show and it seems to fit perfectly with my own collection.
What do you do in real life?
I am an Architect, and fortunate enough to work in a great studio, with interesting people, and am able to play music all day. Perfect to test run the playlist of my next show!
