I started playing gig’s in mid 90’s.. Loved the rave culture and tunes at the time. Since then i have collected more records and broadened my style, from House to Hardcore, Garage to Gabber.. I think everything has its time and place. I have been lucky enough to play gig’s around the world in all different setting, some include roof top parties in Dubai, Boats in Malaysia and clubs in the UK and a lot of the clubs/pubs and other various parties around Perth.

Now doing my thing on them FM waves.

How did you become involved in the station?

I first started playing guest slots on RTR in the mid 90’s, doing some shows with Colin Bridges (Beats Per Minute) and other presenters/shows. In the 2000’s I did some more guest appearances on Looney Choons and Rhythm Trippin’ but just found that was not enough. Was a dream to get onto the FM waves and my mates Flaunt and Bokchoy said it was ok for me to join the Looney Choons crew..

A dream come true!

If stuck on Mars, what five albums could you not go without?

5? I don’t think if I had 500 it would be enough but I will give it a go..

  • Bonobo – Black Sands
  • The Prodigy – Their Law – The Singles 1990-2005 (I would pick all of there albums but this has bits from each, so this would have to do)
  • Orbital – Original Album Series (contains all Orbital albums)
  • Oasis – Stop the clocks
  • Old Skool Legends – Old Skool Legends Vol.3

What is the best thing about being involved in the station?

Being a part of the community and for filling a dream. Great mates and great times.

What is the strangest thing that has happened to you at RTRFM?

Strange things at RTRFM? I think I am the strange thing at RTRFM hahaha

It’s always good meeting the other presenters and people around the station.. I got nothing out of the ordinary (for me).. Sorry!

If you could present a show other than your own, which would it be and why?

I would definitely have to chose Full Frequency, I always listen to it. Best show on the radio hands down. I’d like to have a go and show case some of the selection of wax I have. It may not be new and fresh but if you have never heard it before, it would be to that person.

What do you do in real life?

In REAL life I am a Draftsman, fun fun fun! But thankfully I don’t live to work. I have my hobbies, and that’s the real me.. Obviously the DJ’ing but I do like to express myself in other ways.. I love to have a paint when I have time, collecting wax and one of my main things atm is brewing some fine home made ales.
