Met someone who presented at a gig, they invited me to Neon Picnic. I then volunteered for Radiothon and became a part of the big RTRFM family. The rest of it was just formalities.

If stuck on Mars, what five albums could you not go without?

The Courtneys – II

The Coathangers – Nosebleed Weekend

RVG – A Quality of Mercy

Alex the Astronaut – See You Soon

The Mountain Goats – All Hail West Texas

What is the best thing about being involved in the station?

Feeling like I’m part of some big family that’s been brought together due to a shared love of radio.

What is the strangest thing that has happened to you at RTRFM?

During my off-air test radio show for the training program, I accidentally left the mic on and it picked me up singing The Opener by Camp Cope.

If you could present a show other than your own, which would it be and why?

Probably a breakfast or Get Up Morning, I love the morning and I like the mix of music and talks.

What do you do in real life?

RTR’s part of my ‘real’ life, but outside of that I study Social Work at university
