Bush Music Fund announces 2024 recipients

First Nations music pathway program, Bush Music Fund has announced the three artists they’ll be working alongside in 2024.

Supporting rurally based Indigenous Australian artists and their representatives, the fund provides two years of financial assistance, personalised career development and music industry services with grants ranging from$10,000 to $30,000, with the aim of empowering remote communities and elevating their voices within the music space.

Saltwater rockers Ripple Effect Band, Mulga Bore Hard Rock and James Range Band are Bush Music Fund’s recipients for 2024.

Bush Music Fund’s co-founder Jack Parsons joined Pam on Brekky to talk power in storytelling, the opportunity gap for artists in remote areas and this years recipients!
