Education in porn

Monday 15th June / presented by Paul Hunt Chris Wheeldon

Porns is the new birds and the bees talk. It is estimated that two thirds of the Western world with access to the internet look at porn on a regular basis.

Research says that up to 90% of young males and up to 60% of females are visiting porn sites, with advancing technology making it more and more accessible.

It is also estimated that the majority of gay and lesbians people are recieving all of their sexual education from porn.

Porn has been at the forefront of sexual education, so why is the need for sexual education not being filled by the education system?

Is porn the new sex ed? Paul Van Lieshout investigates.
