Trials of a four-day work week in Iceland have been found to improve wellbeing without affecting productivity, according to new analysis.

Professor Anne Bardoel, who is currently working on a review of literature about the four-day work week, says the concept has been around since the 1970s but is now gaining traction around the world, as she explains to On The Record’s Jeff Bullen.
