Is our reliance on technology dumbing us down?

As we hurtle into the 21st Century it is no surprise that technology rules almost everything around us, but does it rule our brains?

Brain fitness specialist and author DR JENNY BROCKIS says that whilst technology provides us with the choice to determine what’s most helpful to us, it can also reduce our capacity to think well.

Jenny is here to tell us more about how technology is affecting us and what we can do about it.
