Armchair Ethicist – The Attainted and The Unattainable

It's a new year and, for most people, a chance for a new 'me'...but in an time where the use of social media and the pressures of appearance we face nearly every minute of every day, makes it increasingly difficult to accept our imperfections or, at the very least, have the courage to be our most authentic selves.

RTRFM's resident armchair ethicist - ECU ethics lecturer Dr. Julie Crews - in the studio speaking on the pressures people go through during this time of the year concerning self and family appearance; and the critcial role social media plays in making the unattainable goal of looking like everything is perfect, unblemished, and amazing...well...attainable.
