A Life of Art and Funemployment

Thursday 28th May / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

Oh, to be an artist in Australia!

It takes a certain level of love for your craft to navigate the funding dead-ends, part-time jobs and quizzical looks that form a big part of life as an artist.

The Bedroom Philosopher has his sights set on it in his latest book Funemployed.

He is songwriter, author, and humorist Justin Heazlewood and he is on his way down south for the Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival on the weekend.

He joined Caitlin on Breakfast to talk about the road less travelled.
