Australia’s first Muslim Film Festival

Sunday 8th September / posted by Danae Gibson

Kuranda Seyit joins Bec Bowman on Artbeat to talk about some of the films featured in the Muslim Film Festival screening in Perth at the Backlot this weekend.

The festival- the first of its kind in the country- gives Muslim filmmakers and storytellers a platform to share their work with the world, with the 36 selected films reflecting the manifold experience of the local and international Islamic community.
