Edith Cowan University’s researchers have discovered artificial intelligence could be the key to quickly and accurately detecting someone’s risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

It takes an expert reader 5-15 minutes per image to examine a common bone density scan for abnormalities. In comparison, ECU’s AI software can analyse roughly 60,000 scans per day.
