COVID-19 and the Academic Gender Divide

Recent studies from La Trobe University have revealed how COVID-19 is widening the academic gender divide.

The structure of labour and reward at universities has long followed gendered lines, and during the pandemic these lines have become more entrenched, especially in the area of resource distribution.

La Trobe's Dr Kirsty Duncanson and Natasha Weir joined RTRFM to discuss how Australian universities distribute resources and the impact this has had on academics.
