“The artistry of opera and the culinary artistry of Subiaco’s most beloved restaurants and bars once again collide in West Australian Opera’s 2024 iteration of Cooking with Opera.

West Australian Opera proudly presents you the music, flavours, and aromas of opera with a showstopping series of activations and limited-edition menu offerings that are worth singing about.”

Daniele Foti-Cuzzola is a Perth-based author, creative consultant and home cook. With, Multicultural Language Centre’s Liliana Aguirre, Daniele will guide audience members through the step-by-step process on how to make two authentic operatic pasta dishes using his Italian heritage.

‘Cooking with Opera’ takes place throughout the streets of Subiaco from March, 23 to April, 6.
