David Templeman on the Contemporary Music Fund

Young people making music in Western Australia are the focus as part of the latest round of funding from the Contemporary Music Fund.

The three-million dollar arts funding program, designed to target individuals and groups who need the extra leg-up has unveiled its latest recipients.

Propel Youth Arts WA are the peak body for youth art activation across the state and are also the latest not-for profit to receive the funding.

RTRFM's Chris Wheeldon sat down with Minister for Culture and The Arts David Templeman and started by asking what the Contemporary Music Fund does.
