By now you’ve probably seen pictures floating around of a piece of art that very closely resembles a Coles roast chook.

Emma Buswell took it upon herself to recreate the supermarket staple in the form of a stunning beaded bag taking out this year’s Invitation Art Prize, the City of Joondalup’s the most prestigious visual arts competition.

Emma joined Taylah Strano for Breakfast to chat about her win and the inspiration behind the piece.
