FITTER | HAPPIER: The Truth that Surrounds Eating Disorders

Eating Disorders that either disrupt or obsess over one’s appetite are considered as a serious mental health issue and illness, affecting both men and women of all ages, from all back grounds, from all cultures.Anorexia, Bulimia and even Binge-Eating Disorders are disorders that can lead to a number of significant health complications…with some cases even unfortunately resulting in death.

On today’s segment of Fitter, Happier we speak to Dr. Stephanie Hill, a Senior Clinical Psychologist for The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) to discuss the importance of bringing up and addressing the difficult aspects that surround the discussions of eating disorders…
