Eating Disorders that either disrupt or obsess over one's appetite are considered as a serious mental health issue and illness, affecting both men and women of all ages, from all back grounds, from all cultures.Anorexia, Bulimia and even Binge-Eating Disorders are disorders that can lead to a number of significant health complications...with some cases even unfortunately resulting in death.

On today's segment of Fitter, Happier we speak to Dr. Stephanie Hill, a Senior Clinical Psychologist for The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) to discuss the importance of bringing up and addressing the difficult aspects that surround the discussions of eating disorders...

*RTRFM WOULD LIKE TO NOTE that although the Centre for Clinical Interventions is aimed and  designed for those 16+ who are dealing with an eating disorder; For organisations designed to help all ages, please either contact Lifeline (13 11 14 BeyondBlue (1300 224 636) Both these organisations have Chat Support links enabled on their website's homepage).
