Furchick’s Sounds of Silence

Friday 15th May / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

Furchick is Perth's most prolific art noisemaker: a scientist and a sound experimentalist

She makes sounds from the natural vibrations created by everyday objects.

She has been playing in the robotic washing machine again and is about to release a new collection of sounds called Hung out to Dry.

Each track was created in a soapy experiment with one of her music buddies from around the world.

Claire Pannell is Furchick and she joined Caitlin on Breakfast.
