Get On The Floor

Factory Floor are a band that are consistently hard to define.  Over the years their sound has evolved into one that is heavily influenced by the somewhat disparate worlds of techno and noise.  While on paper they seem full of contradictions, in the flesh their work is cohesive, and engaging.  Taking the visceral, and brutality of noise and mixing it with an immediacy that is both hypnotic, and incredibly energetic.

Ahead of their gig in the Bakery on the 13th of December, Ronan Lane spoke with Gab Gurnsey about their live show, his thoughts on techno, and also what a Perth audience might expect…
