Get On Your Bike

Tuesday 22nd August / posted by Will Backler

Perth has a large cyclist community, built of people who are both passionate about the health benefits and the community.

But what if your cyclist passion can lead you somewhere bigger?

Mark Ames, a cycle enthusiast from London, aims to stimulate discussion about the relationship between bikes and public spaces.

In 2015 he funded Strategic Cities, a group that offers training and analysis in media management to create efficient urban places.

Mark is in Perth this week for Street Talks, an event run by the Perth Bike Hub to discuss community happiness, public space and bicycle transport.
