GL

Friday 27th May / presented by Caitlin Nienaber

It’s time to pull on your parachute pants, tease up your fringe and remember the best part of the 80s.

It’s what Melbourne band GL like to do – the duo aren’t ashamed of creating their own brand of electro pop that very much celebrates that decade, it’s synths, it’s pop hooks and it’s drum machine beats.

GL were in town over the weekend to play some shows with Client Liaison. Ella and Graeme from the band popped in to chat with RTRFM’s Sarah Tout, who started by comparing their sound to Immaculate era Madonna and asked them for their thoughts on that comparison.
