Gluten Free, Gluten Fake?

Earlier this week, researchers from the University of Newcastle released a study on the tenuous world of gluten intolerance.

Their review of previous literature identified a big gap between people diagnosed with gluten intolerance and those who report having intolerance.

In some studies, it was found only 16% of participants could actively reproduce stomach discomfort after eating wheat in placebo trials.

RTRFM’s Jon Davidson caught up with researcher Michael D. Potter to talk about the implications of this research.
