Good Arts, Good Mental Health with Dr Christina Davies

Just two hours of art a week can have a significant impact on your mental health! 

 

That’s the findings of a UWA research project and the group behind the study is now running a 5 day program of affordable and accessible activities for the whole family. 

 

Dr Christina Davies is leading the Good Arts, Good Mental Health project and joined Pam on Brekky to discuss how indulging in the arts can improve our mental health.
