Harpooning The Memories

Tuesday 26th May / posted by Rhian Todhunter

For anyone who has been a teenager in the past two decades, the songs of Jebediah have a special place in our hearts.

Starting as a pretty loose unit, just a group of mates having fun, this year marks 20 years since the band got together.

But it did not take long for them to become one of the biggest and most loved bands Perth has ever seen.

Their new retrospective album Twenty is this week's local feature, and Caitlin Nienaber sat down with the band's affable bassist, Vanessa Thornton, ahead of a huge national tour.

Caitlin started by asking her if she was surprised that the shows sold out so fast.
