But these devices, more often than not, work by the graces of a
telecommunication company.

With the cloud holding more and more of our personal lives, our access to it becomes more and more valuable.

But who fights for you when your telco does bad? It’s the
telecommunication ombudsman, and he’s just released his latest report on the state of play in this world.

His name is Simon Cohen, and he joined us on morning magazine…
