Industrial Soundtrack For The Urban Decay

Thursday 9th July / posted by Chris Wheeldon

From techno music to movie themes, avant garde electronica to noise music, the influence of industrial music spans far and wide.

And the origins of the genre have now been documented in a new film set to premiere this weekend at the Revelation Perth International Film Festival.

Industrial Soundtrack For The Urban Decay will take you on a journey through the crumbling industrial cities of Europe to the avant-garde scene in the US.

The film was co-directed by former RTRFM presenter and DJ Travis Collins and he joined Breakfast with Caitlin to talk about his foray into film.
