KickstART Festival: Unearth Your Creativity, Unleash Your Imagination

When you think about young people, what comes to mind?

Is it the mass media’s drunks causing a ruckus, smashing bottles in the streets and bludging off Centrelink?

Or on the contrary, do you picture driven, artistic, generous and vibrant souls?

The KickstART Festival is all about unlocking the creative potential of young people and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to mold that potential into a career.

It’s pretty commonly understood that it is hard to break into creative industries and harder to sustain a career within them.

But if what you really love most is spinning records or if it’s fashion that truly gets your blood pumping, you can make a living out of it.

RTRFM’s own Sarah Tout knows this…so does editor of local arty fashion mag Unlimited Morgan Riley…
