Meraki Saxophone Quartet Toot us a Tune

Friday 18th May / posted by Danae Gibson

Tessa Campbell, Mia Vuković, Bridget Cleary and Kieran Toye make up Perth's Meraki Saxophone Quartet and they joined Caitlin on the Breakfast show to talk about their project and to give their lungs a workout with a live performance of Kevin Fenner composition, Fugitives.

The gang also tell us about their upcoming trip to Croatia for the World Saxophone Congress where they will be performing/hanging out with other saxophonists from around the world and nerding out over their mutual love.

Meraki Saxophone Quartet will be at Paper Mountain at 3.30pm on Sunday performing New: A collection of commissions, premiers, and rarely performed pieces written by some of Perth’s best composers and musicians.
