No Place For Poverty in WA?

When you think about the word poverty, do you think about Western Australia?

Grassroots advocacy organisation, No Place For Poverty, report that 358,000 people including 1/6 Children, are now living in poverty. The organisation aims to tackle poverty in Western Australia through systemic change and challenging this status quo with a new movement that reflects a commitment to ending poverty in Western Australia, by creating fairer systems and more engaged communities.

No Place For Poverty wants to change the way we talk about poverty in WA.

Joining Breakfast’s Pam Boland is Project Leader, Alex Hughes and two of the organisation’s live experience candidates, Len & Alison.
